I have this buzz on my MY19 as well. Only happens at around 5k. The first time it happened I thought I missed a shift and grinded some gears.

Mine does it really bad at 2500 miles and I can replicate it very easily. Any 5k+ rpm shift in 1st through 3rd.

I put my phone by the clutch pedal and recorded this video.

I assumed this is normal? I can consistently recreate that buzz/vibration every time I get into the 5000-6000 rpm range, don't need to apply throttle, I'll get it just from engaging the clutch

Edit: my19, have 1300 miles on the car, no clutch smoke or any other signs of mechanical failure which is why I assumed it was normal?

I'm really surprised this has continued into the MY19. Hopefully somebody can figure out the cause.

It sounds really stupid when doing spirited driving lol I get it every single gear change when I press clutch in too quickly and rpm's are over 4.5k

Doesn't matter if I press the clutch quickly or not. Also if I clutch in at like 6500 rpm where it won't buzz, and just hold the clutch there and let the revs drop, it will buzz when it gets to 5500.

Same issue here: buzz @~5.5k RPM, even when not spirited driving.
Took it to dealer (~1h away) and by the time the car warmed up seems like noise resolved and they couldn't reproduce the issue. Unclear if this is only reproducible when car is cold. Totally stock, 2019 model.
See below video.

Thoughts on this going away after extended drive? Doesn't seem like anyone has a true fix for this yet

Mine is still present even when the car is fully warmed up

I had this on my 2018 as well. It went away after I replaced the dog bone mount.

I had this buzz on my MY18 as well. There is a sleeve before the clutch slave cylinder. To fix the issue with buzzing, the sleeve must be replaced with a new one. This is a permanent fix :)

Would you be kind of enough to provide a picture or more details about the sleeve? I'm not seeing a sleeve from the parts diagram.

I’ve had the same issue for several months for my 2018. I brought it to the dealership two weeks ago and they did a flush, said it was fixed. First shift above 5k, same exact sound from the video. Bringing it back Wednesday from the shop manager to replicate the sound. Hoping they do something! I’ll try to keep you guys updated

This is my first post, so Hi Everyone!!! :D

I have the same issue for my 2017 CTR. I also brought it to the official Honda dealer and service and they are looking for the root cause. Actualy they replaced the whole clutch structure, gear oil, and hydraulic fluid for brake/clutch. But the buzzing sound is remained. Now I am waiting for the final conclusion but it seems they have no clue about this problem.

Here maybe someone has some idea or news?
