The itch happened again Friday night...but only had time for 3 runs. Weather was cool but humid (64 degrees), launching @3200rpms with 21.5psi tune. First run was with VSA on and a noticeably throttled the acceleration. Second two runs were with VSA disabled, and sport mode on which resulted in the typical times of around 14.6 and change. Everything is stock except the K-Tuner. Best time of the night was [email protected].

Heading out to Sonoma Raceway on Wednesday.. Going to try sport and low and see what happens, should be fun. Will post time slips when I get back, hoping to run mid 15's..

Probably the last time at the track this year...the rainy season is starting. Got spanked by the drag cars, but was able to compare the 21.5psi and 23psi KTuner base configurations. The track conditions weren't great which resulted in somewhat slower times all around. VSA off, sport mode on, launched around 3100rpms with shredded all-season OEM sneakers.

I dont think anyone can shit talk the CVT's anymore seeing all these numbers getting posted up. I'm glad I am tune only and didnt spend out on the other bolt ons. Seems there is not much to be gained if anything.

We have seen some CVTs in the 13s. Funny thing is a 27won Si with bolts ons ran 13.7 at 105 last weekend......

We might be thinking of different cars but an si w/ the W1, and some other goodies on hondata ran a 13.7 the other day but I don't think it was the weekend. Plus *my* issue with the cvt isn't a performance one it's just that I don't have near as much fun driving the car without the third pedal.

the 14.0 was on his Instagram Story, the 13.7 was messaged to me.
