Try again to upload the log. Can you export it to csv and upload to datazap.me and share the link? You lose some of the info from the log (at least with ktuner) but a lot of it gets through that way.
I will try! I just saved a log again with my normal driving. I think I reached only 23psi. I can't even floor it down to 100% yet, a little scared. Haha

Here you go! try this link https://datazap.me/u/jackole/civic-15t-cvt-2018-sport-hatch?log=0&data=

I did some calculations, this calibration will gain about 60hp @ 6000rpm! I have yet to upgrade the intake and exhaust.

I read somewhere that some are running calibrated even at 300n-m and was doing ok? I had mine max at 290n-m. Which is about 32% increase from the factory Torque.

Hmmm, I believe this should be fine, machine design usually have FS of 2.5 with transmission. So I am confident it wont fail, but of course could reduce the life, but that's about it. Not planning on driving this car for more than 10 yrs, so I will replace it after the next three generation.

Hey man, any update? I think I was running rich at around 4000RPM, could it be I am not getting enough air? Maybe its time to get the upgrades, intake as well as exhaust?

Percent gains will be the same as ignition, air fuel mixture, and boost were constants when testing all intake setups. As stated in post #1, intake was tested as delivered... on E85
I have a 2017 Civic Sedan EXT MT with the +6 base map on Flash pro. I am seeing as high as 24.6 psi when data logging. Does this amount of psi seem really too high and anyone else getting same results? No other mods except a K & N mesh air filter. I uploaded the + 6 base map twice and still getting same readings. Little concerned that the data logging or something isn't right.

Missed this thread as I've been on and off this forum. Great results! I still have my PRL Cobra CAI in the box, new and untouched. I was thinking of getting the 27WON intake as it's better for topend because it is shorter in length. Was pretty much done as far as modifications. May end up getting the 27WON and selling my PRL soon.

Good to see these results though.

Its not a true CAI and is actually pulling hotter air than the PRL

Data to back this up? I’m a current PRL Cobra owner, but I’ve seen way too many posts lately making claims about the products of other brands without data evidence to back them up. On the other hand, if you have a source for data to back up the claim that the 27Won pulls hotter air other than an educated hunch, that would very beneficial for potential customers to see.

looking at posts of pictures of peoples ktuner running it, averaging 20 degrees over ambient while cruising. The PRL is holding 3-5 above ambient at cruise. I have a couple of datalogs at home from the 27Won I can look at later today for more evidence, but when you put the filter in the factory style box that also has a hole on top, you are going to be sucking in that warm engine bay air mixed with the cooler air from the fender.

Edit: Here is a photo of a car cruising in traffic with 27Won, 141 degree IAT out of a "cold air" Also a second pic show 105% throttle and still 20 degrees above ambient

I don't know about 3-5 above ambient when cruising lol. I currently have the PRL Race SI CAI and am getting at least 18-20 above ambient while cruising.

Checked all my datalogs.....been 89F and up lately for ambient. 19/23 map - IAT temps stay around 132-136F while cruising, very similar over 20+ datalogs.

Just for thought, I think Honda did a pretty darn good job stock!

That's pretty bad lol for every 10 temps over ambient is a loss of hp
