got the same issues with SRI...waiting to pick up CAI, then hopefully she can become responsive againsri is off the car for good!
too much heatsoak for my tatse.....
performance over sound allday long...
now my car breath way quicker!
Thanks for the heads up - I've been humming and hawing whether to get an SRI... I know I'd love the sounds, but if it comes at the expense of power, it's too hard to justify for me. . Now I'm leaning toward an AFE filter and the PRL intake hose instead.got the same issues with SRI...waiting to pick up CAI, then hopefully she can become responsive again
You just missed mine that now has a sale pending........Thanks for the heads up - I've been humming and hawing whether to get an SRI... Contact Injen on that. But after Hondata's video an SRI did not loose power, just about the same as OE until 5000rpm then a few HP so it's not as bad as some make them out to be and if you can get one at the right price it's a win/win if you ask me. My car is not a race car that I'm trying to wring out every last ounce of HP possible,,,,,,it is a 1.5l for god's sake.....LMAODo they sell an extension piece to convert the short ram to cold air? I have the Sri but would like to convert if possible
Thanks for bumping up this thread lol@Moderator - can this thread be retired and locked, please? The Hondata testing revealed that the allure which spawned 59 pages of replies was not based in reality. Folks may easily get the wrong idea. Thx.
Can someone give a comparison between this Injen intake and the upcoming PRL intake? Thanks for bumping up this thread lol
There’s no comparison. Prl leaves Injen in the dust. Prl is far better quality, and has a better reputation as well, they are honest and do extensive testing to provide the best products possible. Injen= mass produced products, fit for money income. Can someone give a comparison between this Injen intake and the upcoming PRL intake?
