Salesman said it was bought by someone who did not intend to keep it.... damn
Good luck with that! If you want to flip cars, you already missed the boat. I would love to see that person take a hit on it.

They also say "We pride ourselves in consistently exceeding our customer's expectation" to bend over and pay more for a civic here than anywhere else:confused:

Just got off the phone with Clawson Honda up in Fresno. Spoke with Maggie. They have a Black Type R in their showroom and want 15K ADM with an MSRP of 35K. So 50K before TTL.

I told her no thanks and hung up. She sounded shocked tbh lol

Top features? BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! You guys need to stop calling the same dealers over and over because that just makes them keep the price up.

3k profit. I'm totally fine keeping the car for myself but I'm not turning away free money.

It's just a car. I can wait a few more months if need be.
That is awesome you are an individual trying to sale a car over msrp on a thread started to complain and list dealers for doing the same.

Genius marketing!

Unless the giftee is a relative, I'm not sure the DMV would believe you.

Point is, why would I give up my CTR for free to someone random online when I have the intention of keeping the car? However, if someone wants to buy it from me, I'll entertain the offer.

DMV doesn't have to believe you.
Go AAA and just fill out the proper paperwork. Done that for my friends before.
But keep in mind that there are still taxes applicable if over a certain value.

Regardless, I don't think you should be advertising here.
Also you should mention what state you are in.
