I would say focus on making a half decent optic with good turn signal brightness and forget ricer colour changes.

There's at least a half dozen headlights for that already, us ricers need some love

Pretty sure that, as long as the DRL while moving is white or amber, it’s fully legal across States. A different color than those two for a start-up sequence is fine.

The DRLs are purple only during start up sequence. They are white during driving.

Aside from the Coplus/Morimoto lights and HID/LED projector retrofits, there are zero.
