I am in dire need of pre workout recommendations.
A friend gave me her Alani Nu that she didn’t like the taste of, and while it was effective enough, I’m not sold on it for the price. But I’m now out and finding no energy to do a decent workout.
I don’t do social media, so I’m asking here.

What is your favorite pre and why?

Additional info:
I work out about 5:00pm, so caffeine ideally is 200mg or under.
Don’t think that it matters, but Ifemale.
I do strength workouts. No actual cardio. I do a rare HIIT Tabata, but rarely.

Appreciate any help :D

Honestly, the best pre-workout is coffee as it's the least expensive and most effective. If you've been sucking down energy drinks like water, then sadly, it just won't have the same kick. I'd say slowly wean yourself off those Bangs and go for something a little bit more natural, then work coffee in as your pre-workout.

I’m cutting back on my Bangs. Haven’t had one since Saturday lol.
I can’t drink a lot of coffee. Gives me horrible stomach pains. I’ve been drinking it in the morning this week, but I can’t do afternoon coffee

Oh wow and that's not enough?
It’s fine in the morning, gets me through the work day, but I’m dragging by workout time. And I can’t do more coffee then because stomach issues.

I'd recommend Epitome pretty good stuff even with a pretty high caffeine intake I don't drink coffee at all so I wouldn't know how much energy it actually gives in comparison with the preworkout but I have tried bang, reign an c4 drinks from the vending machine a few times also a few other preworkout products like gorilla mode, c4, woke af and defiant unleashed and none of them compete with Epitome by a long shot also ran me about 47$ with about 20 servings but I share it with my workout partner and a bottle with 1 - 2 scoops gets us going even after 10 hrs work days for me.

What about a smoothie or shake to kickstart your morning?
I’ve considered that. I eat. I have egg fritatas that I make in a muffin pan ahead of time when I meal prep.

Do you take multivitamins?
I did, but the ones I had didn’t agree with me. I need to research new ones and figure out what the issue was.
