Will be in an Autocross event tomorrow, and I just found the discuss about VSA fully off, so I gave it a try. Rear tire squealing a lot more in even what I usually called slow turns, I can't wait to try that tomorrow:headbang:

Got flat tire... AGAIN - car has only 4,800 miles on it, and itā€™s my 3rd flat tire (everytime different wheel)... sometimes I feel like they put some defective tires in my car, because my sister in law has the same car, bought it one week later than me (~4500 miles) and drive same roads and she never got one :|

This happened driving 35 mph in traffic on highway, couldnā€™t see pothole and it wasnā€™t even that big.

Poor new Enkei, only one week and some scratches inside already :| (at least nothing on ā€˜faceā€™ of the wheel ??)

Looks like you remounted the OEM goodyears, and judging from the shoulder wear and the way the tire is sitting dismounted in the rim you have a significant stretch fit.
You are running the wrong tire for those wheels based on your roads if that's the 3rd flat.

First two flats were on OEM wheels (~1,500 miles and 3,000 miles). I just got those Enkeis T6S week ago and i was told that OEM tires will fit (rims are 18x8 35mm offset) and they are not too stretched, unless tire shop did something wrong...

Weird, just looked it up that is actually the same size as oem in 18"......
No idea why you keep getting flats. might actually be the roads haha.

Yeah, i guess bad luck, i usually see potholes and iā€™m avoiding them (especially my home to work and back road i know exactly where bigger holes are) - bad roads in New Jersey :/

Another small mod, but a really nice one. Changed the map, dome and trunk light to LED from Lasfit.

For 20 bucks, the Lasfit LEDs are worth it. Significantly higher build quality than the super cheap eBay ones and they have 3 diodes (left and right side and top firing) so you really get a bright light regardless of the orientation. Highly recommended.

Also, my 2020 rear valence arrived. SO much nicer than the 2019 ones.

changed my oil. put in M1 0w40 for the summer. Makes my motor sound smoother and quieter in the hot summer months. 0w20 makes it sound unpleasant with a metallic sound.

  • Homelink. (Cross posted here)
  • LED Brake bulb,
  • LED Reverse bulb
  • LED Rear Turn bulb
Pics show before/after.

The brake bulb (not shown) was unchanged in performance... oh well.

A disappointing mod day. My Caruse V2 duck tail arrived, but when I went to install it, I found out my ceramic coat won't let the tape adhere... like AT ALL.

Rather than scuff my spoiler to allow for it to work, I'll hold onto it until October, when I take it in for the ceramic refresh at the body shop that applied the ceramic. I'll have them prep the surface so I can mount it.??

The tapeless fit check looked amazing though. It lined up perfectly edge-to-edge!

Changing out my lighting to LEDs was the first thing I did on mine. I got the JDM red leds on Amazon that were at least as bright as the upper segments, and made the whole thing look evenly lit. For some reason it now says it doesn't fit my car but I know that's wrong.

Tried to do the procivic chrome delete so I can finally install the window visors but no go, even with the replacement ones they sent. Just too small and stretching to fit meant bubbles and weird ripples. Ordered some Jets Vinyl to try again, but have to wait to put the window visors I guess.

Did get to swap out the side markers though so happy about that ā€¦.

Also gave it a good wash and cleaning with my Chemical Guys stuff. Just need to figure out the settings on the cannon ?

Installed HRS V1 medium smoke tail lights. A BIG improvement! Before and afters...

More mod surprises await this weekend when the rest of my parts arrive!

That's my daughters dirty-as-hell 2020 EX in the background. I need to get it cleaned up before she comes home!
