What size/type of plastic push-type plastic rivets do I need for the Civic?

I know I'll need to replace some eventually but there seems to be a lot of different ones on ebay.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I bought a handful of the green (91560-SZW-003) and yellow (91560-SZW-J01) clips that are used a lot on the interior (e.g. to hold the door panels on) to keep as spares. But there are several sizes and types of plastic fasteners used throughout the car. Your best bet is to browse through the parts diagrams on a site like hondapartsnetwork.com to find the specific part numbers for the fasteners you have in mind.
