Does anyone know what led bulb to use for the fog lights (size, model number)? I have the factory LED headlights and want to match the color of the headlights and get rid of those yellow bulbs.

I would recommend being careful with deciding to remove the fog and replace with LED. LED will not cut through dense humid particles the way your stock bulbs were designed to do. Agree the yellow ain't pretty, but you don't want to have LED down there. IMO anyway.

I would not mind seeing a side by side (picture) comparison if possible. I realizing creating that environment at will could quite challending. But open to it nonetheless.

Do you have a part number/model I can look at??

Thanks!

An honest question: why are those so expensive? Especially as LED pricing has come down so much.
We utilize genuine components vs. knockoffs like you'll find through most ebay/amazon sellers. Additionally, our bulbs feature unique in-house circuit designs specifically for the automotive application (constant current, etc..).

If you'd like to learn what constitutes a quality LED, I encourage you to visit our research section here: http://www.diodedynamics.com/store/research-1.html

is the H8 XML2 LED Best version of the LED lights you carry that would be compatible to the 2016 Civic EX-T foglights?

Correct, the H8 is a plug and play replacement for the factory bulbs

The XML2 is the brightest model we offer (1,420 lumens / measured) and is available in 3000K Yellow / 4000K / 5000K / 6000K color temperatures.

Feel free to send us a PM for the free-shipping code! (U.S. members only)

Thanks!

Nick, has anyone put the xml2 in the new civic to confirm it fits and doesn't draw too much power compared to the factory bulbs? Anyone have a picture of them installed for space?
