Trunk lid metal and paint

When I saw this it reminded me of those people who bad in the early 2000s when everyone thought they were part of The Fast and the Furious movies, lowered their cars, then used a baseball bat to fold the fenders.

I was opening my trunk and looked at the inner outside edging. Looks like Honda used a baseball bat to fold the metal then sprayed paint willy nilly. This is pretty sloppy.

I just noticed it today. Is everyone's trunk like this. I probably won't do anything as everything works fine. Just looks like slop.
