The passenger compartment looks to be in good condition, hopefully everyone was wearing their seatbelt.

Several of these have been totaled out at this point. Has anyone seen any used parts available yet?

Looks like someone was just driving along, minding their own business when a light pole decided to step out into traffic ... Actually, that wreck looks like pure fuckery on the part of the driver.

What information are you looking at that points to the driver of the CTR was at fault? You must be clairvoyant or something.

you mean like the huge gash carved down the driver's-side of the engine compartment that pushes everything back so far that only a small portion of the windshield is compromised by a frontal impact? how about the dirt on the front passenger wheel while the rest of the car remains spotless as if someone went up on a median, or the telltale way the aluminum hood folds up when hitting a solid object like a pole?

    you mean those signs?

Well it sucks that the powertrain got destroyed. At least the interior bits and possibly passenger side/rear parts are reusable.

Actually a v6 challenger ran a red light and the CTR T-boned it.

not buying that at all. i own one and they are made of the thinnest, shittiest sheetmetal around. i don't see how a challenger could stand up to that kind of an impact and create that gash in the engine compartment of the CTR. i guarantee that neither the front, nor the rear would hold up enough to create the off-center kind of damage in the civic. look at how the nazi challenger that hit the protest crowd came completely apart just hitting that one car in front of it.

are you privy to pics, or otherwise irrefutable evidence that this is t-bone event? this car is in south bend, IN. friend of yours? additionally, there's no paint transfer whatsoever to the civic anywhere. the higher-res views are here in the full listing: https://www.iaai.com/Vehicle?itemID=25885380&RowNumber=1&loadRecent=True

you might want to keep reading and check out the full listing, view the pics for yourself. i'm not taking the word of a guy in Miami regarding the demise of an Indiana-based vehicle.
