what about the retards paying 40-60k on a civic
I mean 40k is about right if you added any Honda accessories plus taxes and fees. 60 is a tad absurd though.

msrp is about right
That's what I'm saying.

34,775 is MSRP.
If you added accessories (by your own accord) they are quite expensive.
Add a couple accessories, taxes, fees.

With 0 accessories and no tag, title, or doc fee, it would be ~37,210 with 7% tax. Add the fees and any accessories you may want and you are at or very close to 40k.

You don't pay the MSRP price out the door even if you take no options. :dunno:

Do you have a copy of the letter? Was it sent to all Honda dealers or just to one specific sales manager?

I wonder if they actually differentiate between a wreck, and ACTUALLY totalled.

The only reason i could think a dealer would even need that info is cause if car is totalled and rebuilt warranty is no longer valid
