I was driving to work today, left lane, behind a car trying to turn left and the next thing I know a person behind drives right into me and with enough force to push me into the car in front.

Waiting for the appraisal, I honestly hope they don't just repair it because I am worried it's going to be problematic down the road (but I don't know much about cars).

Got this car early december of 2016, my first car, so I haven't even had it long :(

What do you think will happen?

I'm no insurance adjuster, so take my words with a grain of salt.

IMO I don't think it'll be totalled. Front end looks like mainly grille, bumper, intercooler. Rear its hard to tell if there's any extensive damage or if it's more cosmetic.

What speed was the impact?

I second this opinion. I also think that the insurance will repair the damage, but there's really no telling how much internal damages there is. Glad to hear that you're okay though. Hope the insurance works this out quickly. Good luck.

Yeah its definitely hard to say.. Not quite sure how fast he was going, I was stopped, he was going anywhere between 10-30, lol. Started getting an error message after the collision, also here is the inside of the trunk.

10-30km/h? That sucks, that's a lot of damage for that speed. Seeing the inside of the trunk/bumper and how the carpet got repositioned, frame damage isn't out of the question unfortunately.

Re: the sensors, the front impact probably knocked some wiring loose.

Hmm, your trunk floor is damaged. This is the exact kind of damage that totaled my Infiniti. You may get your wish.

I had a similar accident in a 2016 KIA Forte in Oct. 2016. Front and rear damage, the window pillars were damaged to so they totaled it. That's why I am driving a new Civic so I guess you could say I lucked out.....

No real frame in the civic... Advanced compatibily engineering body structure.. They get totalled out more often than not...
