Great news, they are going to run an update to include my ECU in their support tomorrow! He said there are currently 49 ECUs for the 1.5 already

It will be written on the side of the Ecu. Under the hood I believe.

Standing in front if the car, the ECU id is on the left side of the ECU at the bottom. I had to shine a light at it to see but I did not have to remove the ECU

UPDATE: They issued a FlashPro manager and firmware update and I was able to lock the ECU to my car and loaded the +6 psi tune on the ECU. So excited let the adventures begin

Do you guys think Hondata will build and tune map for mishimoto? So it's already there?

Probably have to have a custom tune for that intake.Atleast that's what intake I have and in process of having my car tuned by VitViper.

Doubt it, The basemaps are made to give you a starting point for a tune. If the Injen is an SRI, then you can use it as a base to build a tune for the Mishimoto. With the MT just hitting the market and the SI coming soon, they will probably be spending more time developing FP for those rather than adding tunes to the EX-t.

Also, I ran a basemap that exactly matched what I had on my 8th gen, then I had a custom tune and the difference was night and day. The car ran so much better with the custom tune. The basemaps are made to be a one for all, each engine can respond entirely different with the exact same tune bc a custom tune will be made for your engine

Sounds good, kinda figured that! Going to have to find a shop to tune it then, I stay in Orlando so there are a few well known spots

Yes, The current Type-R runs 5.6. The fastest Type R is 4.9, the '07 model.

Many folks have been scoffing at my prediction of a sub-5 second Type-R. I think this shows it's possible.
