Minder B DIY?

I just had my car serviced so the next service will be B.
These are all the items listed:
Replace engine oil1 and oil filter
Replace fuel filter element (low pressure) Drain fuel filter (high pressure)
Inspect front and rear brakes
Check parking brake adjustment

Inspect these items:
Tie rod ends, steering gear box, and boots Suspension components
Driveshaft boots
Brake hoses and lines (including ABS)

All fluid levels and condition of fluids Exhaust system#Fuel lines and connections#

Has anyone does this themselves? Is there a DIY guide on the replacing of the fuel filter element and the draining of the fuel filter?
Also, how does one check the parking Break adjustment on this electric parking break?

Any help would be much appreciated

Where did you get this list? My owners manual doesn't list anything about servicing the fuel filter. Everything else are just inspections and are easy to DIY provided you know what to look for.

In reality, if you're taking it to a dealer, they're just doing that complimentary inspection anyway. If nothing's wrong, they're not going out of their way to do anything extra.

Is all that stuff really prescribed? I thought B was just oil and filter, and if there is a number is it to rotate the tires and check fluids. I just had my first oil change a month or two ago, and I am down to 70% on MM already.

I noticed later that this was for another type and generation of civic. So yeah B is just oil and filter
