Ktuner V2 Availability

Hey guys, I'm a new 2017 1.5t EXL Sedan owner and had a few questions.

First off I read Ktuner v2 is currently on backorder. Is there an expected date of availability? On their website I found a dealer located near me and was wondering if I should go through them in order to purchase.

Also was wondering what upgrades effect the mpg either positively or negatively, considering you still drive conservatively?

I drive an hour to work each way pretty much all highway and don't want to hurt my mpg, but still want to increase low end power for when I'm in town.
