No news on pricing yet though I'm sure we'll see something in the next couple of weeks. AEM has come out with their own version for roughly 350ish, so I'd assume it'll be cheaper than that hopefully.

K&N Filters owns AEM, AirRaid,Spectre. Just an FYI. Lol
I knew about AEM but not the others. I had asked about their AEM division when I dropped off my car and was advised K&N still does their own divison testing

I'm still waiting for them to come out with an intake that extends all the way to the turbo. Not liking the metal on plastic style.

As much as I would love that too, I don't think it's coming until we get a full charge pipe kit. It seems like it's very integrated to the turbo itself.

I wish we could fit a conical filter into the factory air box instead. That K&N panel filter is basically a lifetime filter that will mainly save you money from being re-used, rather than providing meaningful performance gains.

I'm not a big fan of cotton gauze filters as they sacrifice some filtering capabilities. I do use a cotton gauze conical filter on my other Honda's Mugen intake, but I wrap it in a pre-filter to keep out dust and dirt.

I just ordered this drop-in fiter from K&N and installed it and can't believe the performance of the car now! It is alive now where before the filter it was just ok! I know that many people have had these cotton types of filters and have reported that dust will get through more that the factory filters! I have never had that issue and I have used them on 4 cars in the past!

These will probably be better to buy then a metal tube intake, the stock air box is amazing, this will make it even better. Someone should get one and use flashpro and see what happens.

aFe also has a panel replacement. They flow tested stock vs their and CFM was 219 vs 292. So about 35% extra flow.
