Jdm civic type-r ep3

Just wonder if the 17" jdm civic type r ep3 wheels would fit the civicx.
From what I see, they are 5*114.3 et+45. Center bore should be the same? They are the gun metal version.

Also, how much is it worth?
The seller shows some minor curb rash and a paint chip on one spoke.

Since the car is new, i really want it the wheels to be mint but it seems like these wheels are hard to come by these days. Would refinishing be expensive?

@dc2turbo, thanks for confirming. I figure they should be fine, wheels are sitting at home waiting for tires and the car.
One of them has a big chip near the middle that is killing me, any idea on which touch up pen I can buy to touch it up?
