Is this a good deal on a lease?

Just spoke with my local Honda dealership about an Si with the following terms.

$304 a month (including taxes)
$2500 down
12k miles a year / 3 years

I think it could be better, but I do know that the high tax rate in CA can make a difference. I'd also look to put nothing more than the first month's payment down as well.

What is the purchase price of the car, residual value, and money factor they are quoting?

I know it's not fair comparing different cars when it comes to lease but,
Wrx has factory special of 11xx down and 289a month based on full msrp of 26k and change.
Even Gti has better factory lease specials before any discounts.

I do know that the leases on these are not the greatest. We leased ours back at the beginning of July for 3 years, with $500 down and a payment of $350 which was pretty good compared to what others on here were being quoted or paying. We actually managed to get the 1000 or 1500 off the sticker price also though.

Yup that is my payment with taxes and all that mumbo jumbo they add to the payment. I was pretty happy with that compared to what others have been posting on here.
