So I am considering getting the Flashpro for my '16 EX-T Sedan (CVT). The power gains and better response has me interested, but $700 is a lot of money for me right now. My car is a lease, so when the lease is up I would have to sell the Flashpro. My question is, is there any reason I would have trouble selling it (in approximately 2.5 years) for let's say $600? From what I understand, the tune can be unlocked and applied to another car, and there isn't really any wear-and-tear on this item, so it will essentially still be as good as new. If I'm guaranteed to make most of the money back, I will go ahead and get this tune. But if it's likely that I will be unable to get rid of it for some reason, I don't feel like spending $700 that I won't get back. Anyone know how the used market is for these tuners? Is there any reason people stay away from used tuners, will updated versions make this one obsolete? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
TL;DR: Can I realistically expect to be able to easily sell a used Flashpro in a couple years for close to the current retail price?
