In an interview with TOV, @ the NY auto show, a Honda rep confirmed that they are indeed using a bigger turbo, the same one found in the CR-V, they're running more boost, there are differences as far as exhaust and intake goes, and apparently some "beefed up components" to support the added power, although he said the block is mostly the same.

Interview is from 4:10 - 5:42

So tuned out it's probably going to make 10-20hp more than the base 1.5t with no stronger internals for more headroom with a turbo swap.

I imagine it will make about 20 hp more than a tuned EX-T, but we'll see for sure once we get it on a dyno. Keep in mind the Si could be underrated, just like the current EX-T is. Plus, like you mentioned, the Si should have a higher peak hp capability due to some of the revised internals.
