I don’t know exactly what those accessories are actually worth but I’d consider that about a $4k ADM.

Those are not worth 5K in accessories. Look them up online and see what they are worth.

+1 agree on how much they got it for. the dealer i worked with threw in accessories to sweeten the deal. they weren't hurting from giving it away.

Appreciate it guys. Think I’m going to ask for 36k. Not entirely sure. Might do a bit more research. This is the only Type R close to me that isn’t sold.

The console illum was 450-500~ as well with install (a lot of labor). 2k~ in accessories so i'd 3k total is fair, but i'd offer 37.5 and call it a day.

Right. That's another thing that is hard to account for, labor fees. Which is a tad unfair, but still.

I think it's fair to say that @ 37 you're paying about 1200~1500 in adm, which is quite reasonable (I know, i called ADM REASONABLE) - but all things considered with the way things are now and shipments appearing to slow for the US market as the world receives theirs, it's decent. There are MSRP dealers that haven't been listed, but it's a huge hunt and may not be worth the hassle. If you're financing, it's like 20~ a month more to have the car now as opposed to later. Later next year.

That's actually a good deal. Dealers in my area have a markup higher than that amount without any accessories. Taking that into consideration the 5k markup itself is a good deal and the added accessories is a plus.

Careful when you say 5k is a good deal as it may mislead others on this forum. 5k may be a good deal in cali, but is EASILY the norm over here on the east coast. Actually, if I was still hunting and calling 25+ dealers a day, I could find one for 37 I'm sure. (I found a bunch @ 37.9-40~ and this was back in july/august). I ended up snabbin one at msrp.

You don't need half those accessories anyway. Cargo net? LOL. C'mon. I got mine for 36.5, 2 above MSRP. Worth every penny.
