Did anyone installed these after market parts on their civic?

Found these on ebay. Interested on installing them but I just wanna know if someone installed them already. Do they need to be drilled or 3m tape would work perfectly?

Looks like you would be better off with canards.

I have the whole kit. check my garage. its called the aero kit. I bought my car with that installed from the dealer. they used a special glue and I think is also drilled. The kid includes those, side skirts and the rear bumper add ons.
