CTR subwoofer swap

I had my old sub box in the garage and thought I'd connect it to the factory amp. Little better bass response but not night and day difference.

Next up I'll wire in my LC2i and JL amp.

Doh! I had the polarity reversed on the sub. For the record, on the harness the white wire is positive and red is negative. Sounds a lot cleaner/ better but an aftermarket amp is the way to go.

The wire on the CTR is red(-) and white(+).

I see in your pic where you grabbed power for your enclosure. When I hooked up my punch in the factory enclosure I assumed red+ and black with red stripe was negative.
If it's opposite my sub is hooked up backwards too...
