After installation car will not go into any gear while running and will only go into 1st through 4th with force while off. Already took it all back apart again and clutch disc is installed properly. Clutch Master kit included pressure plate, clutch and throwout bearing(all we're used). When starting up the car with clutch all the way in no noise present but when clutch is out there is a lot of chatter. While car is running with clutch in and try to put into gear loud squeal sound. Adjusted the clutch pedal but didn't help. Is it not disengaging? Any help would be much appreciated

Are you sure your clutch fork was installed correctly? Is the slave cylinder actuating the fork?

Never did anything to the clutch fork; was I suppose to? For installation I removed the slave cylinder but not the fork.

So your sure the slave cylinder piston rod is re-seated on the clutch fork and properly actuating it?

Did you have and use a clutch disc alignment tool?

Is the clutch disk facing the correct way? It's been way too long since I've done a clutch, so I'm not even sure that's a thing.

the disc came with stickers on it telling you which side should face the flywheel. After the first installation I went back and checked to make sure and it was installed correctly it was installed correctly.

If you're having problems with the car off, I'm inclined to think it's semi-unrelated to the clutch. Did you check the peripherals like the shifter cable?

Clutch Masters said I have to have the flywheel resurfaced. I'll do that and hopefully it will solve me problem. I have less than 1500 miles on the car so I figured I wouldn't have to but maybe I do

That's surprising, to me at least. Please keep us updated.

Thanks

Wonder if Clutch Masters requires a different step cut on the flywheel vice what the OEM cut is:hmm:

You should always resurface the flywheel if you are going to replace the clutch. Doing these small steps make a huge difference.
