Ok. I found out why they are a little more expensive. I think the 32000 yen is just the lights.

The ones that are 48000 yen is the complete kit with wire harness and switch.

The only ones I can get right now is the complete kit with harnes the comes with the plugs. The JDM plug is different from ours.

Did you have to buy both part numbers in order to work?

seems like you need both no? i would assume the top is the main kit but what is the bottom part?

top says BODY and the bottom part translates to "LED fog light conversion code" . any idea what that bottom part is for?

This is the fog lights only.

The other one must be the wire conversion. Unfortunately for me I can only get the complete harness kit with the stalk that has the fog light switch.

Do you think a Updated thread, showing accessories from each available country with part numbers would be good? I thought about doing this, because it would have all info in one area where people can decide what they want to go with. some regions have more items available than others, and are missing items other regions have as well.

The red accents for the grill? Go buy it from College Hills Honda for the 2019 Civic. Don't search for the R there, you won't find it listed.
