To be fair tires warm up after that kind of use. Besides he was saying mostly good things and he did say that the under-steer was better than he thought it would be in those temperatures.Worst video ever. Why would they think it was a great idea to showcase the R on summer tires when there is snow on the ground. Summer tires operate in temps above 45-50deg. Of course the car is all over the road.
Because engines love cold air, and because tires warm up. It's best to do time attack on cold dry days. It doesn't look like the car is all over the road, the racing line just looks wonky on that super small track.Worst video ever. Summer tires are not designed for use in temps below 45deg. They will never come up to temp and nor will the road.Because engines love cold air, and because tires warm up. VW is now claiming their new Golf GTI Clubsport S has beat the CTR Nur time.
