They don't get VINs issued, hence why they're crushed.

It's pretty standard practice in industry, a small write-off for legal reasons.

You should see pictures of exotics crushed for the same reason...it's heartbreaking.

I ordered my Civic very very early. Had a VIN# to track but it kept being delayed. Finally Honda advised it had been destroyed at the factory and reassigned me with another identical vehicle. Got the car late Dec. '15 about 4 weeks late.

Ya they just scrapped like 200k cad worth of car lmao, I can't believe it either. Don't get too worked up about it though, it's business in a raw state right there lol
