When I first saw it, I thought they tried to eliminate the tach and just use these lights...I was sad. Figured it out now.I wonder if you have to change the view mode to keep those shift lights (yellow/red dots).
The FK2R has something similar but I think they stay on.
redline indicators have been in since 8th gen CTR and also in 9th gen, tho they were physical leds, at least for 8th gen they were physical. When I first saw it, I thought they tried to eliminate the tach and just use these lights...I was sad. Figured it out now.
I enjoy it. On my Si I have a single red LED that lights up or blinks...I forget. I don't spend much time between 7600 and 8500 normally - especially right now that the E85 is more like E65.redline indicators have been in since 8th gen CTR and also in 9th gen, tho they were physical leds, at least for 8th gen they were physical.
If its a single red led it might have been the "VTEC KICKED IN YO" indicator.I enjoy it. On my Si I have a single red LED that lights up or blinks...I forget. I don't spend much time between 7600 and 8500 normally - especially right now that the E85 is more like E65.
