2017 Civic Type R Raceline USA Track Test at Buttonwillow Raceway

Elton Lo at Raceline USA took my two day old CBP CTR out to buttonwillow and was able to achieve a 2:02.0 lap time. This car was 100% stock on the Contisport contact 6. He reported that this particular car didn't have cooling issues and was able to do a 2:02 lap every session. However the cooling issue is not an isolated problem. Four sessions were done in total.

Wasn't able to get any temp data, even ultra gauge wouldn't work with the obd2 system.

Very nice lap with clean lines, impressive. On my 2nd day at BW I did a 2:01.5, but I had stickier tires and 80 more hp, in a different car!

GT4. (I think the GT4 is capable of less than 1:55 with RE-71 tires, just not with me driving!)
