I routinely shift mine below 6 under WOT. Nothing really happens above 5,500 except a nice whir sound.

really nice skid pad improvement, Wonder how much of that is better tires.
Good catch. The 2017 was tested with the optional summer tires. The 2014 was tested with all-season tires. Would explain the difference seen in skid pad and braking differences so we can't really make a direct comparison of those numbers.

How much difference do you guys think the summer tires would make in a 0 to 60?

They also pulled a 14.6-14.7 in the earier 9thgen. And a 15.0 in the 15 Si. In stock form, it doesn't really appear to be quicker in the 1/4

They do make a difference. With summer tires, the 9thgen pulled a .91 or .93. 10th is almost pulling a 1G turn which is really impressive though

My K24 had instantaneous throttle response everywhere in the rev band. One thing I miss with turbocharged motors.

The K24 does have nice throttle response throughout the rev band. Haven't driven a 10th gen yet though it appears to be better in every other single way. Haven't even seen a single 10th gen on the ride yet. I keep lookin

Wow, so its slower by 0.1 to 60mph from a rolling start than the Sport Hatch CVT. Makes no sense....
