2015 Civic SI Wheels - Fixable?

So I'm in search for the 18" Civic SI wheels and came up with someone selling a set of 4 for $300. They're not perfect, but I'm hoping I can check it out in person to see how they are.

The person mentioned 3 of the wheels are good, but one wheel has nicks/scratches (photo attached).

I was wondering if that can be sanded/polished down so that it would look like nothing has happened.

Has anyone have any experience in getting nicked/scratched wheels fixed?

Just buy it you can't tell the difference when it's spinning. Just be sure it isn't cracked. I got an awesome deal on mine for $300 brand new. The guy needed to clear out his garage and I guess it was the right place at the right time. I am glad I chose the Si wheels it fits perfectly and looks amazing!

tire repair shop will be able to fix that - it will run close to 100 dollars if I remember correctly...
