Took a detour before my Mexico trip and first pass ran 13.0 at 106 mph. I also got my first warning for not having a helmet. Second pass I wanted to work on my 1/8 Mile and let off on top of 4th gear (hoping to not get kicked out) and ran a 12.927 @104mph....and still got kicked out. The best part I get to drive down to Mexico for some more fun in my 12-second Daily.

Follow my pages for the latest @OsosikMedia. Video is coming, but have to wait till i get to my next stop. #SiSePuede

A HUGE congrats on your 12.9 run. Nice 60ft time. You doing it right..on slicks. That's awesome! Nice to see you are back from the future (Timeslip dated 11/19/17).

Place this in the 1/4 mile thread that is stickied.

Slicks make a huge difference. What psi did you run in them for those runs?

The list of modifications are interesting as well. In particular the Injen intake and Injen intercooler. And no alternative fuel (Ex: E85, Ethanol, etc).

The Type R, with its 108/109mph trap speeds and some slicks should make for some interesting 1/4 mile times as well. Just an observation!

I want to see Prl’s car go back to the track, but with slicks. Really curious of that outcome.

Me too, I can't wait to see the shops truly push these cars.

No downpipe? 12.9 & with your mods? That's impressive!

I wouldn’t be surprised if he had no downpipe. I’ve said this before but I’ll say it again. Our turbo is small. Very small. So a bigger downpipe will not produce head snapping power. It will net gains but not as much as some think. Remember these cars really make there power in fuel used and the tune. ( in stock form ) full bolt ons definitely make a difference but we are limited because the stock turbo is small, and can only let in and let out so much air. So until we upgrade or drop in something bigger, we won’t make anymore power then what we have listed today.

Sorry, I do have a downpipe. I made the video pretty quick and forgot to add it. I've had it for some time now, and the downpipe for sure made a difference. @17siturb0 is right, until these motors start being built and especially bigger turbos (not too big) they will really start to make power.
