That is the Mugen cap I ordered from King Motorsports, in black, and it didn't fit...
I ordered the Spoon Sports cap that is made specifically for the FK8, and it fits the Accord 2.0 motor perfectly, spins nice and free down to the seal
Really? Ok thanks! So is there any explanation as to why the PRL cap works on the 1.5 Civics, the CTR, and the Accord?
I bit the bullet and ordered a Spoon FK8 cap, just for haha's last night to see how that works out...I'm confident that one should work, though I really liked the black Mugen...
Now, I don't have an FK8, I have an Accord 2.0 Sport, and I had previously ordered a billet oil cap from PRL with my down pipe, it fits fine (slightly crooked when tightened, but no big deal)...
Well anyway, I was buying a few things from King Motorsports and impulse purchased a Mugen oil fill...
It's tough to make apples to apples comparisons in magazine tests...so many variables...drivers, locations, weather conditions...
Unless you're talking about hitting the brakes, turning the steering wheel, or doing just about any of the multitude of performance related tasks other than pure...
The front should since the Si uses the hatch bumper...don't know about the sides though...my guess is no, otherwise Honda would have offered it as an accessory
Absolutely zero issue with swapping grills/bumpers/wheels/Red H emblems/seats/any other accessories...
Si or Type R badges? Totally lame...I'd laugh in your face if I ever saw it in person
They will either find a sucker to pay what they want to sell it for...or call me back a couple days later with a better offer...
I appreciate your sorry attempt at humor though...however like I said, I'm in the market for a car I want, but don't need...
I'm not trying to stick it to the...
It's their job to convince me to make a purchase, they are the salespeople...
As you said...$1600 more between an EX-T and an Si...spread out over 36 months isn't a large amount...I'm not looking for the extra milage or extras they threw in on my mom's EX-T...
If they don't want to play ball...
I have not gone in to see my dealer chick about payments yet...but considering she leased my mom a 2016 EX-T w/CVT, 15k miles, and all season mats for $221 with ~$2k down...
If she comes at me with a number anywhere approaching $300 I'm laughing and walking out
I've been looking all over, but can't seem to find side/rear underbody spoilers of a similar style to the front rallye red underbody spoiler for the Si...
obviously i know the front is just a transplant from the hatch, and the side/rear won't fit the Si, but if there is an aftermarket option...
You're still missing the point completely...it's not about driving like an asshat on the street, just accelerating through a corner provides benefits...it's not just in situations where you've actually broken traction...
Is BMW asinine? No, thats a bean counter decision...if the LSD is still...
Why are you talking in circles? You've mentioned the CTR multiple times, and even do it again in the posts below...you're not even making sense anymore
You don't choose to use the LSD or not...it's either just there or it isn't...I'm think you don't understand what an LSD actually does, or...
None of what you said is a fact..that's a fact...your OPINION is that you're happy with the purchase of your EX-T, and it suits your needs while you talk about the CTR you're not going to buy...
My grandmother loves her EX-T too :stirthepot:
NEVER....EVER leave the lot with one of those dealer stickers or badges even on the car...if you're lucky, you can get a car before they slap one on there...if not, you tell them you want it removed when they prep it for you
I still think you're confusing your whites... Championship White only comes on Type-R models...and is NOT a bright white...it is a very warm shade of white...
This picture is a Tafetta White 97 Civic, with an OEM front bumper off a CTR, so it's Champ White...you can CLEARLY see Championship...
