  1. [Car and Driver] 2016 Honda Civic 1.5L Turbo Sedan review (instrument tested - 0-60 in 6.8)

Different class of cars I know but 2016 Civic is definitely better looking than the 320i. The new Civic front end blows this away. Looks so pinched and flat.
  2. Modified 2016 Honda Civic in Orange With Turbo Script

The stripe down the sides manages to make the car look smaller and sportier IMHO. But I don't like how they used letters, especially ones straight from the Porsche. I wonder how it'd look with just a black stripe. Some colors look great with blacked out parts like, like orange does. They...
  3. Headlight film?

If you drive a lot of highway miles protecting the front end is always a good idea to prevent sandblasting over time.
  4. Picking up EX at dealership now. [owner journal]

Man that was fast! Any different impressions after 1k miles?
  5. 7 Interesting facts about the new Civic Coupe

No wonder the shoulders on the coupe look more pronounced.
  6. Just drove home in my new MSM EX-T

 Modern Steel definitely most popular so far. Wonder if it's just due to being most available, or maybe it'll be the most popular color overall for 10th gen. Must feel night and day better than the Fit huh.
  7. Black or White?

Will it be your daily driver or second/third car?
  8. SURPRISE! Official: 2016 Civic Coupe to debut at LA Auto Show!

Gonna be a lonnnng week. Any chance for a live feed of the reveal like they did for the sedan?
  9. Manual 1.5t delayed until 2017 model year

Damn was hoping the coupe would be introduced with more manual models but doesn't look like it. MY2017 won't start until September 2016 right?
  10. 2016 Honda Civic vs Mazda3 Sedan Comparison

Interesting. First time I've heard of exhaust manifold needing a longer hood. What's trick about it?
  11. Accessorized 2016 Honda Civic Sedan with body kit at SEMA 2015 - first look

I don't think these are over the top and you don't have to get the entire underbody kit I think they're available separately if you just want to install certain parts. I think these would look better on dark colors (like black) where they'll add a bit of aggressiveness without looking as tacked on.
  12. Hidden exhaust

Looks real good actually but I wonder if the tips would look too low in real life at a distance. Hard to tell from a closeup shot like that. Planning to add tips to your sedan? Wonder if we'll see any aftermarket exhaust systems that also incorporate tips that you can see. That way it can be a...
  13. Civic Type R sedan and coupe

A coupe would also be the most popular one. Americans might have warmed up to hatchbacks but we still like our coupes more.
  14. Why no boomerang lights?

There's a lot going on already in the rear of the sedan and it already looks slightly back heavy because of the extra rear doors and the fastback design. I wonder if they didn't include it on purpose because it'd make the rear look even more substantial.
  15. Audio and Connectivity Overview for 2016 Honda Civic Sedan

I love this feature having the album art displayed in the digital gauge.
  16. First look at 2017 Civic Type R Hatchback Prototype! Spy pics

I gotta say I agree. I was hoping for more of a wedge shape like the current 2015 Type R. It has the same physical 5 door layout but still manages to look like a sportier 3 door model, but this looks like a sedan with a hatchback trunk. The look reminds me of the WRX STi. Then again it's...
  17. Video: 2016 Civic walk around - interior (with digital gauges) and exterior

I know CVT can have paddle shifters but do they all have it standard or are there two CVT options you can order - with and without paddles.
  18. Video: 2016 Civic walk around - interior (with digital gauges) and exterior

Do all CVT come with paddle shifters? The touch screen looks pretty reactive.
  19. Detroit reveal photos of 2016 Honda Civic sedan

BMW's of the past few years had the same exact awkward line right across the bottom of the hood just like this. The explanation was just like you said it - to satisfy pedestrian safety requirements. But now their upcoming models have magically lost the line so I don't know if the previous...
