Between the accessories, the fact that is a Touring, and the high miles in a short period of time, I don’t even want to know how badly this person got hosed on a trade in.

All I can say is my parents wish they had purchased the Honda care warranty on their 2011 Odyssey w/69k. Struts, shocks, axles, heated seats that stopped working, all out of pocket repairs that needed to/need to be done. That said, they have a 4th gen CR-V which has needed little to no repairs...

Somehow I think it's a possibility for 2018. Maybe the reason Honda didn't offer the Sport Touring Hatch in the U.S is because of legal issues pairing a manual and Honda sensing features? Maybe since all that is worked out (see Fit & Accord) Honda will offer it.

That's not how it works. VTEC kicks in at a certain RPM, it doesn't matter what gear.

Wouldn't even consider the Hyundai with the DCT due to drivability issues that plague owners of even the new Elantra Sport. Very well could end up with a manual Elantra GT Sport over a Civic, though.

Why are people saying Honda had serious issues with the Turbo charged RDXs? There are tons of them out there with 150,000 miles still running great. Honda switched to the V6 for fuel economy reasons not reliability problems.
