With my stock tires almost shot at 18,000kms, I want to have new tires ready for the spring, and I’m not ready for new wheels.
Does anyone see any issues going to a 255/35/20 with the stock wheels? I know it’s going to raise the car a bit and I’m okay with that.
Thanks, - Northern.
Just saying that my 1996 corolla with 115hp is adequate. In an econobox you don’t want lots of power, that’s why I said they should have used 1.5T in Si and sport hatch..

Grind happened 20times within 3 months
Changed fluid at dealer (OEM fluid) just before storage and have had no more grinds, transmission feels better.
I can’t even remember what I was trying to say. But I am a lefty too and I do drive with my one left hand a lot and lean on the center console.. lazy driving.. I don’t even know what I was saying lol.
It’s an idea I saw in the comments of the grind video SavageGeese made of my car. Savage is skeptical but he said:
“Yeah I saw that, although I find that hard to believe. If it was that easy to do problem would get progressively worse and pedal feel would be vastly different. You could easily...
Nice, from my findings on my factory fill UOA, that’s the perfect time to change. Fuel dilution WAS starting to creep in; coming in at 2.1%
Anything over 3% is nothing I want to be a part of.
Guys, either check the fluid level, or change it out with OEM fluid. Like I've said before, I have not had a grind since the dealer replaced my fluid. I do have a sample that I'm sending out as well of the factory fluid.
