Hey, thanks for the response. I've had a couple of guys reach out so I should be covered. Gonna wait for the current weirdness to pass before moving forward with the flash.
Ah yes, Ktuner V2. They've made it idiot proof. Or so they thought. I'm the type of guy that could look at a piece of software/hardware combo and it bursts into flames for no reason.
After three years of waiting for the warranty to run out on my Civic, I'm ready to stretch her legs a bit...
Hey hey - Thanks for doing this! I may catch a bit of flack for this, but personally I'd prefer an axle-back option. My performance goals have been shifted to the back burner for the next year or so (after which I'll likely go flash, downpipe, full exhaust, etc. OR I'll upgrade to a faster...
I wouldn't have purchased a Civic unless it was loaded. The car's interior is actually pretty nice and it does drive quick and smooth. It's fun. But what it comes down to is that I was never going to be happy with less than 300hp.
I tried to convince myself I would be, but I just can't deny...
The Magnaflow exhaust for the sedan and coupe seems to be getting slammed online for sounding really, really bad. In the videos I've seen it sounds almost stock (in fact, I'd prefer stock over it). Can you link a clip or two that have you leaning towards Magnaflow for the HB? I feel like we...
I was in the process of buying a used (25k miles) 2014 BMW 335i with Msport and Luxury packages for $29k (helluva deal). This thing was sick. Drove and looked insanely good. I decided to visit my local BMW dealership beforehand to see what their new 328's felt like. Did I really need all...
I'm really surprised to see that you're selling already. Are you going to a Type R or something? Apologies if you've already posted about this, I haven't been on the site in months.
Happy for the CTR fans but this definitely doesn't bode well for us ST owners. Resale value probably just dropped by a grand or two, no? Who in their right mind is gonna buy my AT ST three years from now when they can get an SI for the same price or cheaper and a Type R for a few grand more...
So they can get a new splitter and only pay 50% total for the part? I think that's reasonable.
Thanks to Jonny for handling the back and forth like a boss! And thanks to the two posters that reported their issues. I'm going to wait until these wrinkles have been ironed out but I'm impressed...
hmm - I guess everyone is just going it alone. I'm used to the Lexus forums where group buys are very popular. Maybe things are different with Honda. I guess I'll buy on my own then.
I've gotta say - I'm really surprised. I'm not sure how many active members we have in this forum, but to see only four people interested in the 17' HB's first front lip/splitter is just shocking to me. Four people? It's only $300, I'd think there would be one or two dozen people in line at...
I've been getting a lot of compliments and am very happy with my set up. Relatively few mods. Check out my garage for ideas.
