Great looking exhaust but there is one area that is kind of MEH:hmm: ....and would be weird if using a 3" mid pipe upgrade:dunno:
Because the manifold is smaller than then Greddy system..you don't want to use a straw to blow through hose do you?:hmm:

I’ll be honest if that taper was not there it would have been a real pain in th a$$ to tighten the nuts....even as is it was a tight fit and the 14mm kept getting stuck....

Tired to post sound clips but file was to big....need a tip on how to post videos

I was wondering how they were going to handle that. I was hoping for an interchangeable piece there. I don't think it's big deal though since the OEM catback has shown to not be a restriction to begin with.

That makes sense. Then why not make it the same diameter as the exhaust manifold then? Since that would be considered the bottleneck, an advantage of having the same diameter as the manifold would be slight weight savings and reduced noise (Reduced sound for others).

Think that is a question to ask the engineers at Greddy... http://www.greddy.com/contact/ Let us know what you find out.

Uploading to Youtube and then sharing here is probably the easiest way.

Initial impressions... warm idle is very quiet, engine under load is probably louder than I’d like (I didn’t want anything very loud). I do also have a catless downpipe, I know that impacts the sound some. It will probably take me a few days to adjust, I will provide a more detailed review then. Tomorrow evening I should be able to record a video or two that will hopefully give everyone a good idea of what it sounds like.

Further thoughts...
  • The tips are significantly larger than stock (not too big though). I remember someone was wondering if they were the same size as stock or not.
  • It is too loud for me. It's not crazy loud or anything.... I don't think it's the exhaust, it's me. I'd rather keep things more low key. I plan on taking it off tonight so that it does not accumulate a bunch of miles and listing it for sale.
