Is it possible to get the SI or EXT to rev-match on it's own like the type R? All the sensors are there no? If not retrofitting the type-r sensor and adding it to the ECU should be possible right?

Of course it's possible.

Same here would be a nice feature if it could be added ;)

Any way to have brake hold come on when the car is started? Any way to auto engage parking brake after ignition is turned off?

Of course it's possible.
If you guys made this possible I literally would lose my mind. I'm drooling at just the thought of it.

I thought of another add on as well. Maybe a day/night brightness button so you can lower it on the fly. I keep forgetting to do it before I drive and end up having to turn it down on the screen while moving. Maybe it could be along the top edge of the screen?

+1 and a bump for this thread. i believe having rev-matching would be a really awesome option for all KTuner owners.

looking into a flash tuner for drivability reason (ex. rev-hang, throttle padding, etc) adding this to the mix would be a huge value-add, as well as offering another advantage over Hondata.

if this feature is added, well...

I don't ever use brake hold so I am not sure but I thought if you do run around with brake hold on that the parking brake sets itself after you shut off the car. Maybe only a 6MT thing??? I swear I tried it when I first got the car and that's what happened.

Is it just me or does anybody else just like doing everything themselves? I guess auto rev-match would be cool but I like the satisfaction of doing it myself... never experienced NOT having to do it though so maybe I wouldn't miss it.

I prefer doing it myself.

Yeah... when the 370s got it in '09 I thought it was just a gimmick. Syncro-rev-match something or other.

If you do it I will '' you... and be eager to try it, but I bet I'd keep it off after my trial. My feet seem to be able to do a good enough job to where it the clutch is getting an easy life on downshifts. It part of the joys of driving a manual and feeling like you're doing it well.

Couldn't hurt sales though!

Speaking of DIY, I can't stand the 'easy mode' hill start assist feature. Throws me off every time I'm on a hill and I don't roll back a tad. Any easy way to disable that with KTuner?

I haven't looked into that one much. It's in a different module, though. We're only flashing the ECU for now.
