High Speed? Sigh.
A couple times, yeah.

Also, I'd be sitting there at a stoplight and the wipers just run and run, regular speed but continuously wiping the glass more and more dry, faster than the light misting can keep them lubricated.

Then I start moving, and the wipers don't move continuously anymore.

Same behaviour here. The sad part is that there are likely thousands of cars that have the same problem, with owners that either don’t know (most) or don’t care. The down side of buying the best selling car in North America. The high percentage of oblivious owners hides the extent of the issue from Honda.

Must be honda motors engineering logic...quietly calling attention to the issue by wiping faster and faster lol.
I have an Acura with rain sensing that I stopped trying to figure out...while in auto mode the rear wipers will activate when in reverse...wet or dry 50/50 of the time.

It's not nearly as good as the system on my '06 BMW 325i or our 2011 Q5. Better than just regular intermittent, but it could use some refinement.

No, I'm far away from happy with the rain sensor, but it's ok, I learned to live with it.

I’m thankful for the rain sensing system because that’s the reason why ended up trying Rain X, and I haven’t looked back since. My wipers are still brand new and they’ll likely stay that way for a long time.
