Apple and Google Maps use very little data. It doesn't take much to transmit coordinates and receive vector graphics.

Example: Today, I used Apple Maps via CarPlay to make two, 15-mile trips lasting 30 minutes each which used only 6 MB of data. My monthly data allowance is only 3 GB which is 3,000 MB. It would take 500 hours of driving (30,000 miles at 60 MPH) to exceed my monthly allowance which would require driving 24 hours a day for over 20 days straight!

Simple put, data usage is a non-issue for navigation.

Let's get our complaints out of our systems before the cars land...

Mine are:
1. no hatchback
2. external design that's less attractive than the Sport models
3. no polished metal metallic
After 1000+ kms my perspective has changed a bit. Lack of a hatchback still sucks but I'm happy to have a little extra rear leg room.

The external design has grown on me, especially in Modern Steel Metallic... the black plastic and grey paint complement each other very well and the wing fits the design better than on the couple IMO. The sedan is well proportioned overall... even if it is a bit longer than I'd like.

The Polished Metal Metallic is a better grey but hard to tell the difference unless they're side-by-side or you take a long hard look.

Current list:
- no D-shaped steering wheel, come on Honda... the Elantra Sport has one... this should not be a CTR only wheel, even better, give us one like the 2018 Accord next
- chrome trim above the doors
- interior cloth material grabbing dead skin off my elbows and calves

Lack of leather seat option/less boy racer seats

Lack of LED headlights.
As stated by a previous poster, Apple maps doesn't use much data.
Their maps via CarPlay have little impact on my 3 gb monthly data limit.

Would also like leather seats, but I DO like the bolstering.

LED headlights are easily obtained; as I did earlier this week with these:

High beams:

Lights work great.

Top 3 complaints
1) Passenger seat buckle will smack against the door or right behind the door when I have the windows down causing a very annoying cracking sound. (I have a coupe.)
2) Needs a louder exhaust, probably not the only one.
3) Clutch makes my Nissan feel like I am jumping into my friend's Mustang. Like why is the clutch so freaking soft?

Not many other complaints though. My first new car ever. My other cars were 10+ years old when I got them, so having a new car with new features is kind of nice even if things like Nav, LED headlights, leather seats, etc. are not features of this car.

Hi beams are 9005, correct? Do these Hikari's also have the little square box along with the LED or is it just the bulb.

Yes yes yes on number 2. I wish the exhaust was just a tad bit louder from the get go. I'll be buying an exhaust myself when one comes out.

My top 3 complaints. Odometer: 522 miles
Might be a little nit picky but the car overall is amazing so I don't have much to complain about.

1) Drivers side elbow rest is not comfortable and gets dirty easily. I'm scared for the long term factor for this part
2) This is really just me but whenever I reach for the seat belt it's just way to far back for me!!! I have to really lean and twist my arm to grab the thing. If I put my seat back so I'm closer to my seat belt then I feel like my foot is too far away from the pedals.
3) No waze in apple car play

I love this car and I haven't even touched the sport mode yet. I'm still breaking in the engine. I like to listen to music and I would say the sound quality is alright but not bad. The ride is smooth and the build quality is great.

Yes, the HB3 is equivalent to the 9005 for the high beams.
And yes, the bulbs include ballasts with finned heat sink housings.
You'll have to secure the bulb ballasts in place along with the associated wiring.
I used zip-ties of different sizes and concealed the ballasts in the u-channel near the light housings.

1. Plastic inserts on the rear bumper

2. How the exhaust looks. I would rather have the hatchback exhaust, way better in the looks department

3. Rev hang and turbo lag.

I agree about the exhaust...but as for lag...coming from someone who also has the '16 EX-L turbo...you ain't seen nothin till you couple turbo lag with the CVT lag, as well. Once you step on it, and it wakes up...watch out, but until that time...ugh.

Ya, the built-in navigation gets used a lot more than I thought it would. It's nice to have navi without having to plug in the phone.

The seat material isn't my favorite either. I wouldn't necessarily want leather but alcantara would've been nice, or something less clothy.

Agree with the headlights too, when I heard Canada was getting them on the Si thats when I decided I'd go for the Si over a hatchback. The LED reflectors may not be best implementation but I love the look.

Seat material isn't too bad for me, however the arm rest and center console cloth could be better.

I have only plugged in Android Auto once out of curiosity. Bluetooth, and Nav take care of things for me. Don't want to brag too much about our LED headlights equipped Canadian Si's LOL
