Hey everyone,
Now, most people have negative stories about dealerships, but given my recent expereince, I feel compelled to maybe shoot some SoCal buisness their way and give them a thumbs up.
And heres the reason,
Three weeks ago, I took my car back to DCH Honda of Temecula, CA where I bought my EX-t (for 19.5k) for a balance and rotation. First of all, they beat all competitors around at $55 for all 4 wheels. However, I realized the next day for my weekly detail/inspection, all 4 of my rims were scratched. Called them up, told them that its no big deal, but I would like to see about having the situation fixed. And next week they REPLACED all 4 rims with brand new ones. However, after replacement, I noticed that three of the replacements were scratched, brought it up that the same issue happened, and he found out it was caused by the balancing machines (was present in all machines, so they ordered new equipment).
Well, to say the least they gave me ANOTHER set of rims (total of 12 rims, rims 9, 10, 11, and 12 are on my car now), but not only on top of that, for the trouble of driving there and back multiple times and spending a bunch of time there, they also gave me 4 brand new tires after putting 6600k miles on the originals.
They did this all on their own volition just to rectify a mistake they made, and I think this deserves a massive shoutout and an A+ for customer care.

Edit: I should also add, if you do not have access to someone with a touchless machine, MAKE SURE 100% with the EX-T rims that you do not accept scratched rims, and always take pictures before you get any service done.
