So i've got the 2017 sport hatch and it was a couple minutes after startup and I start driving with the a/c on. I've got the starter 21 psi tune with ktuner, an injen intake, and a boomba blow off valve. I was sitting at a red light waiting to go and then the car stalls out and the oil and battery light come on. I quickly put it in park and restart the car and everything is fine for the rest of my trip. Nothing seems out of the ordinary and was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

idle with the ac on can be finnicky to tune perfectly, transitions also like if you drop it neutral from 50 to coast to a stop

Why would the BOV cause me to stall out? I haven't seen anywhere that it causes problems like that, just a little afr issues
I've seen an instant where another guy with a hatch Sport CVT ended up having to take it off, cause it was causing similar issues. I believe it wouldn't start or something like that.

Edit* After revisiting the video, the guy said the car was idling high, and shutting off, which I'm guessing means it was stalling.

In the comments section of a following video, he said he ended converting everything back to stock, and that the dealership determined the Boomba BOV to be the cause of the issue.

Sad :s i've seen many others with BOV's and no problems so far. Though it only happened once I may not take it off yet, if it persists then definitely but i've been monitoring everything so far since it has happened and nothing is out of the ordinary at all, no high/low idles or anything with a/c on and off.

cool story brah, I liked it, but man, the mods are getting out of control brehtheren. I mean all day at the dealership, sitting in front of that sexy truck. I'm not buying that you thought about trading it in after all the mods you have done to it, ehh breh. You ever had the signal lights do anything and what else have you experienced with all the mods. Ever seen the lights do anything weird like do things on its own? Honda is a software company now, bruhman.

Seems I've been reading issues with the KTuner, yes makes more power than Flashpro BUT not as reliable.....hmmmm. And NVM the BOV, worst part i've seen in a while....... Keep it simple for reliable fun.....

I've yet to read any issues about Ktuner having to do with reliability in regards to performance of the vehicle. The best tuner for these cars (VitViper) deems it to be the best platform for tuning at the moment.

I can agree, if your doing heavy custom tuning with additional mods, turbo, IC, DP etc, for the average Joe like me with a CVT the Flashpro will work just fine.

I'm in the same boat as you. Running the provided Ktuner basemaps. I don't have any additional mods, setup ia fairly simple. An the tunes run very well, and provide great gains on CVT or manual. I have virtually no tuning experience at all, and know next to nothing about cars.
