Accord wins every run... Imo
It may be closer than we think, since the Accord has to lug around an extra 600+ pounds

Haha yeah on paper it seems like the Accord definitely would overpower the Civic, but its all about power to weight ratio. Gonna see if the KTuner is sufficient and if not, I'll be sure to add a CAI

Slob one thing you might consider with the Ktuner is getting a few gallons of some 103/105 octane gas and having a custom tune for race gas loaded. The 2.0 has i-VTEC which gives you options. First, a custom tune ($75-$150) on Ktuner with an i-VTEC engine should definitely add possibly 10-12hp+, check out this dyno on the 2012 Si Ktuner page, and secondly, you can adjust the rpm that i-VTEC kicks in to 1000rpm or 2000rpm lower so power throughout 20-30% of the revolution range is higher.

The power to weight ratio is nearly exactly even with your civic having a 0.27lb/hp ADVANTAGE. If you can free up 150lbs of seats/spare, and get ~10-15hp you are golden.

On test drives recently the 2.4na accord 6mt was much faster off the start vs the 2.0na civic 6mt. For manual probably not close but if cvt, who knows. Drove a cvt accord as well and not the same at all vs the 6mt, the cvt was sluggish, so that could be to your advantage if the accord is cvt.

Where did you see 6.08 on a Ktuner 2.0?
I think I saw that 6.08 stat, but it was for the 16-17 1.5L Turbo. Might have been a Hondata stat too. They released some new base tunes a week or so ago I think. Check me on that, I'm new here.

That doesn't seem unreasonable for a 1.5T.

The original stock KTuner tune already lowers the revolutions for i-VTEC to kick in at 5600. As for HP, im pretty sure it adds about 10 or so. As for the weight reduction, I'm not looking to do any of that primarily because I want it to be 'fair' and genuinely do not want to go through the hassle. It is a friendly competition after all, and I think my most realistic aspirations will lie within the KTuner. :)

Besides that, weight reduction is a long and winding road... it might end you up here:
