DipYourCar.com just released their "intermediate" product called ProLine. ProLine is very similar to PlastiDip, but self levels much better. You do need a very decent turbine sprayer system, or even better a compressor setup with HVLP sprayers.
I've been very interested in trying this out ever since I heard about it. My wife said she wanted her car done, so we used ProLine Satin finish with GC-47 Alien Pearl. I sprayed it out of a Devilbiss FLG4, but I wouldn't recommend that gun for liquidwraps. Spray fan is way too small for a product that requires so many coats.
