2017 Hatchback Red Short Ram Intake

Hi all,

I'm new here and since I just got my new short ram intake from AF Dynamic, I wanted to share it in case you are looking for one. I can't wait to take it for a drive tomorrow, but I'm not expecting a lot out of it. I also have a 2004 Acura RSX Type S turbo, so this one feels really slow. lol But I really hope it sounds better. I have seen some videos here and some sound very nice.

Anyways, here are some pictures.

I'm interested in what you think and how you like it. Intake is in my "on deck circle"

Yeah, I like how it looks. I really like that now it feels more responsive at lower RPMs. I'm sure there may be some improvements in the mid range but hard to tell. It just feels a little better when you take off after a stop. Before it felt like it took forever to move. Like it was thinking about it. Lol. I'm not saying it feels super fast, but just more responsive. Then again, my other car is a turbo RSX Type S, so I may not be the best at accurately describing it because this car feels much slower. But I love the fuel economy (Yeah, I'm just getting old).

I uploaded a quick run with it. Sorry for the terrible video and audio, but at least you can get an idea on its sound. Windows were rolled up. If I'm able to take a better video I will post a link here as well.

Lol. I hit my cell with my finger and it made that loud noise.

That would go good with my red coupe!

install was pretty easy....i love it!
you can really hear the boost now...and if normale driving same as stock...but when you boost its nice to hear the spool and the air at the end when shifting or just letting go the gas after boost

I just noticed I had a flashlight on that tray that is on the driver's side door. So when I accelerated, it moved and hit the side. Lol
