I been looking in my owners manual for the title "Tire Rotation" and can't find anywhere it talks about how often or what tires need to be switched to the front and back..please help

But shouldn't the owner manual tell you that?Don't overthink it: front to back, back to front every 5-10K miles.
Thanks man! Is there a specific pattern of taking the lug nuts off?Tires are sub item "1" in the maintenance minder. For instance, if A1 pops up as a maintenance needed message, A is oil change, 1 is rotate tires.
Alternately, you can just do what I do. I try to rotate my tires every 5k miles. 10k at the absolute longest interval.
I used to work at a rental car company. Tires that were rotated regularly, and arguably more often than absolutely necessary, tended to last longer, didn't cup and get noisy nearly as often, etc.
My recommendation is 5k miles or 8k km. Front to back.
Page 68 goes into some of this in the '16 manual

And what torque? Thanks man! Is there a specific pattern of taking the lug nuts off?
You do realize all this information is in the owner's manual, right? And what torque?
I seriously couldn't find it lolYou do realize all this information is in the owner's manual, right?
Where did you find were for torque bad to be80?Do it in a star pattern and all retorque specs is 80 ft lbs
I couldn't find the spec for our gen of Civic, but the last body style up to 2015 was 80 lb-ft / 108 nm. You're probably safe using the same spec on the 16+ cars. I can't imagine that the current spec would be so different that using the old would be a big deal.Where did you find were for torque bad to be80?
Worst comes to worst I can call Honda/Local Honda dealershipI couldn't find the spec for our gen of Civic, but the last body style up to 2015 was 80 lb-ft / 108 nm. True. I'm 99.9% sure 80 will work splendidly. Many shops and the vast majority of individuals don't even torque wheels down precisely. They just tighten them to some arbitrary tightness, usually WTT (way too tight). The fact that we're even having this discussion and using a reasonable number puts us in a tiny minority of drivers who give a crap.[/QUOT
