I think he's saying that he dyno'd it stock last year; the top line is Econ, bottom is regular mode, which seems backwards from what I would expect torque wise.
The lines look highlighted to me.

I'm not sure what he means by the K&N filter's effect on mileage. It seems to me that a greater airflow would not result in a richer mixture; either the mass-flow sensor should compensate, or the mixture would be lean because of the extra oxygen. Since you would be getting slightly more power for any given throttle position, I'd expect the impact on mileage to be negligible in regular driving, unless you are running it hard all the time.

I'm also not sure what he means by running it on (E). Ethanol?
Sorry for the (e). Methanol racing fuel. And yes I used a green pen and a dark blue or black pen for the other. It was black and white copy from his phone . The printer for the dyno was trashed. He took a photo of what was on the screen with his phone. Now I left there card in photo in case you would like to call. Ask about white civic 2016 1.5 t, and the old man driving it that's me Dave Malone 61 year old. Here the phone # 1-803-327-0014 or the website. The card is on the sheet in other post. That why I put it in the photo. I have the before photo also. His shop was about 87 miles one way to NC. Temps at his place was 71. He had said the fuel/air was rich. Moving on . I have gotten great mpg with my car 48-52 mpg with shock filter. But when I switch filter, it drop to 41-47 . I got 2 K&N filters for my car. And I was told that Honda 1.5 Touring got a little better fuel mpg then some other civic. I live Spartanburg SC . Roads fairly flat. And temps are good for most part all year long. The oil I use is Castrol GTX Full Synthetic 0-20. I'll post my car and photo later. No fake things here. I deal in real things. Photo of dyno with no pen. Photo of mpg last summer 2016. And who pulls there car in econ ? ME. Slap it in sec, punch pedal and hold. At the end of sec boost it lunch forward hard. I do not know your car . But this is my car and the warranty was gone last year 2016. I have tested this car in mpg since I got it. Sorry for it not being clear. Hey have a Honda day.

Are you saying the car makes more power in Eco mode? You have a manual transmission right?
Was the dyno with the K&N drop-in filter?

His car is too old to have a MT. I think he means it has a sudden power bump in Eco mode that you don't expect, the hump in the power curve?

But I'm guessing. I'd really like to know what he means.

what "gear" are you dynoing the car on with the cvt? I'm gessing sec means S (second)?

The dyno chart doesnt make sense since you said you punched it in S. how did you get it to rev from 2000-6500 on S. It looks like it was ran on L from a very low speed. The dyno says you are making 230p and 280tq or maybe its the other way around. Not sure how that chart is setup.

we all know the civic does amazing MPG on flat road. its the little/big hills that kills the mpg since it will go into boost.

Does the econ button even affect WOT? Pretty sure it doesn't according to other sources from Accord forums. It will only affect the partial throttle. I will do some datalog runs sometime this week and find out.

" The people where we got it pulled at was smiling about why would you want to pull a stock. Behind him was 4 banger making 525HP EVO "

Did you just say you beat a 525hp evo with a stock civic?

I think he meant next in line to get dynoed was a 525hp evo. Funny we're all guessing.

Since when does CVT rev to 6600 rpm?

the whole chart is a mess but it does look like 6500-6600
it can rev up to 6400ish in L
i gotten it to do in D/S once in a blue moon but that was with traction control kicking on during a pull

Personally I would never rev my car out and floor it in L mode. That's just common sense.
